Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹.10000 payable at the time of check in. You get it back at the time of check out.

Villa Rules:-

1. Keep the house and surrounding area clean.
2. Late check out would incurr charges.
3. Do not move any furniture.
4. Maintain pool cleanliness and hygiene. Wash your feet before entering pool.
5. Smoking & Hukah not allowed inside bedrooms.If found smoking or having hukah inside the villa, the security deposit will be retained. If having hukah outdoors, make sure there is no damage to the property.
6. Music volume to be lowered after 9. pm. If playing in open area.No DJ system allowed in the premises.

Its a very beautifully made villa so please ensure all the rules are followed for smooth check out.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours free cancellation.
If cancelled on or less than 30 days of check in date – 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancelled between 15 & 30 days,75% will be charged.
If cancelled less than 15 days of check in date,full amount will be charged.
No free rescheduling or credit note will be provided for cancellation.
